Muskerwil XIII

I'm now officially part of the major team of Muskerwil XIII!
It's actually not that exciting but well.. i'm a bit proud, since it's kind of 'big' event for me :3

so, what's muskerwil actually? The term is from 'Musyawarah Kerja Wilayah' and it's part of ISMKI (Ikatan Senat Mahasiswa Kedokteran Indonesia) agenda. So, basically, the head of the council from each medical faculty are combine in one place to decide things and.. i dunno, decide somekind of rules (still didn't get a lot about it, sorry. Maybe later)

Whatever it's, i'm still beyond excited!

I'm soo happy they use my logo eventhough it's way too simple (considering looking back to the previous muskerwil the logos are soo merry & colourful) and right after that, i got a lot of 'A REALLY LOT OF' task to finish just in one day!
and what i mean a lot of is, making x banner, banner, brochure, poster, stamp, template for proposal, and cover.. and yeah, that's hell of a task! (my senior is just.. *sigh* but he's so kind and really helpful in the making of everything! )

above is my design for the backdrop. Everything i created was super simple considering i only have 1 hour to finish this (and so i finished it in only 15 minutes using corel draw)

Git excited recently because finally i met reenactors in my city. It was such a nice meeting we have (eventhough i didn't wear anything related to wwii) but it's such a honor to meet them! So yeah, after that, i decided myself to pick which one i'll fit into for the next reenactor meeting :3

I've a big interest in wwii nurse since i was child. probably because i watch so many stories about florence nightingale and i adore renee lemaire from band of brothers (plus, she'll make such a cute couple with eugene roe) so yeah, DRK definitely my first choice in the list. 

But anyway, there's also a lot of choices in DRK uniforms. Many people said that DRK's uniform is dark blue, but in fact, the right one is charcoal grey.

Before i started everything, i would like to say really sorry for the lack of updates! I'm so busy with my new life as medical student right now  so i hope you're okay with that :') 

Anyway, i just finished my mid-block-exam (i dunno what's the term in english ._.) it's really different from mid-semester exam, because in medical faculty, we have 3 blocks in one semester. So, we have... about 6 examination in one semester (i know, that's a lot)

Well, but afterall, there's only one thing i can't keep off from my daily routine.

It's too bad that i don't have much time for writing, so the only 'favourite' thing left right now is only drawing :' because i can still doodling in my spare time, and yeah, that makes me feel better.

Oh, did i tell you that my new hobby is 'reading' now? 

*laugh* definitely not 'studying', because i only read 'medical-related-things' that i like but i think i finally found my place now :') i have no idea why in the world i really like all of this 'medical-thingy' but let's just say this is a good sign.

Yay! New project, new story, new concept.
This is the collaboration of me & fifi, and how we're dealing with our new life : university!
Finally we made it, a story that related to our major, medical faculty (me) and architecture (fifi) :'
 i can't believe finally we really made it, and we still have the time to make our fourth novel.

Black and deep, but somehow pure, and the only one who has that eyes is Ara Senna Kamala, a 19 y.o girl which is still in her fourth semester in Architecture. Ara is a simple minded girl, with three brothers, and an illness—an illness that will lead her to Samuel.

Down the rabbit hole..

Today i feel surprisingly bored. I don't have anything to do so i decided to do a little experiments with my new camera, Canon 60D. I haven't read the basic guide book yet (that's why i don't even know what ISO, AF use for). So yeah.. the result is quite fantastic for me ._.

We are the night

Today we got Perseid meteor shower!
The Perseid can be seen during the last week of July or first week in August, but the peak will come tonight -- the evening of Sunday, August 12 into the morning of Monday, August 13 (best seen around 11 pm - 3 am)
You can find them in the northeastern sky, or just download 'Droid Sky View' for free in google play :)

I was looking for perseus tonight, but couldn't find one (eventhough the sky is clear) just because too much light from the streetlamp. And, my camera lens isn't good enough to take one :') *i guess i'll try someday with other lens*

Hihi, however, this is the first meteor shower for us ♥ Precious things are precious~ Eventhough i didn't catch one, but at least i tried!

The Month of Plan

Hello August !

This month supposed to be a 'summer' month in another part of the world, but thanks to the weird weather of my hometown, we got 17 degrees celcius here! (it ain't tropical island anymore)

Anyway, i got the whole full month holiday since my examination is already over & i have a lot of plan to do in this month :) So here's the plan..

Rev Severine : Painting with make up

Yay! Finally all examination are done! I'm so excited yet tense because the result is not officially out yet. It's 4 hours again to the final result, so.. better to do something (i hate waiting--without doing nothing)
Yesterday i was looking up for some new painting equipments, and it turned up i bought 24 pack finecolor for only 31US$, that one was a big deal. And i found some interesting equipment like panpastel, i never heard of it, but it seems it's already trending in America, England, etc.
I wanted to buy one, but.. well... the price is surprising (for me) it's 5US$ for only one color. Ugh. Maybe next time..

I'm in love with this

Then i got an idea, why don't you 'create' new equipments for painting?
And it ended up i painted using my make up (face powder, eyeshadow, etc) hahaha the result is a bit surprising anyway- it turned up really nice (i like the shading & the softness of the result)

 Oh, and did i forgot to mention who's this girl? This is Rev Severine from our latest novel, Tinnitus. You can read it here :) She's the bipolar girl who got really nice platinum hair (oh yes, i adore her hair a lot)  I got the model of Rev Severine from a model named Ieva :D

You should try by yourself :) It's fun and.. didn't cost a lot of money haha (please don't use any expensive make up for this experimental, you'll regret later)

Blink of an Eye

"All I knew this morning when I woke is

I thought, i was daydreaming.

I was sitting alone, waiting for the bell to ring. Grumbling with the books, trying to understand Biology.

Then a footstep approach. Tap tap. I didn't pay attention to anything while i was studying, so i better focused on my books.

He sat in front of me. Opened his books.

Tap. Tap. Tap.

He tapped his fingers on the table. Again and again. Stretching his hand about only 10 cm from me.

Tap. Tap. Tap.

I got easily annoyed with a simple sound like this. So i lifted my head, trying to see who's this guy exactly.

And i see was him.
Black, messy hair. Sharp eyes. White skin. Pale face.

"And all my walls stood tall painted blue
And I'll take them down, take them down and open up the door for you"

This can't be. This can't be. I thought to myself.
I look again, and all i see was him.

"And all I feel in my stomach is butterflies
The beautiful kind, making up for lost time"

He sighed. And he turned his head.
And here we are looking at each other.
My heart skips a beat.
I tried to focused on my books again.

And the silence comes around.
Tick. Tock.
He left.

And then i felt really sorry to myself.
I didn't know who's his name. I even didn't know who he is.
All i need is a simple name.

"Come back and tell me why
I'm feeling like I've missed you all this time"

Then he came. Again.
Sitting in the same spot. 
Didn't open his book nor studying.
Even i think, he looks confused. It's like he's about to say a thing.

"let me know that it's not all in my mind"

But then the bells rang.
I need to go to my friends. And i left.
I waited in the front of the class.
Still trying to look at his face.
Just to make sure once again.

"'Cause all I know is we said "Hello"
And your eyes look like coming home"

And our eyes meet each other again.

"And everything has changed"

The main concept is about a girl named Rev Severine, who get traumatized by her boyfriend death. 

She's later diagnosed having a mental disorder known as 'Bipolar disorder'. 

After her boyfriend's death, she's later transferred into a local school where she meets Theo Skaarsgard, the boy who always bullied her because of her disorder.

At the same time, Theo, after he caught the allusion in her glance, he started having a really weird memories, the memories he never have before.

It's a bit surprising when i found that many people saying that Niall Horan from one direction are look alike with aph netherland. I can't agree with that.
