Two Thousand and Awesome!

Happy New Year everybody!
It's a little bit too late, but i'm definitely exciting for this new year!

We got so much fun in the New year's eve andddd it's such a moment! For a really long time, finally Ultimate reunited again *eventhough not all of them* and we did so many things :') First of all, i thought no one came (i went home really late, about 6 pm because of exams) and the party started at 7 pm. Tari did come first, then fifi. and.. well, actually we didn't think that anyone will come in time just like the three of us.

7 pm.. 7.30 pm and counting.. and finally after we prepared some of the foods (pepper-salted chicken for the win!) the boys finally came! They're way too late, but well, at least the party is finally started! From chicken to popcorn, from popcorn to strawberry cookies, from strawberry cookies to cornflakes, from cornflakes to choco cookies... well, i have no idea how hungry they are, but we did have an interesting subject to talk about! It was like the old-time, when it's only the twenty of us in the class, and everybody is participating in the story. Some of them are the story-teller, some of them are laugh, some of them are just smiling and some of them are just silent because they're too serious..

and suddenly everything becomes blur and.. it took a second for me that..
this moment is magical.

I feel like playing the same track, but in a different time and different place.

And just think about it, how wonderful is that?

We play games. We play cards. We make some punishment for the loser. We laugh a lot. We take photos. We make wishes. We did a lot of things!

And this is the project #Ultimate2014wish :

1. Beti - something related to her law school *didn't understand most of them*
2. Hafizh - something related to physics *he has an unhealthy obsession with physics, idk why* and can you see his hair? It's a bit reddish on the middle because he lose in a card game!
3. Dani - i have no idea, but well, he should make sure his drawing is seen as people reading qur'an, not people handling a gun

4. Fikri - survived and good scores, well it's everybody wishes, fik -_-)/ anyway, he sleep through   the night and didn't participate in any games at all! *went for food, then fall asleep through the night in my carpet* -_-

5. Bintang - more like random wishes, but i love the spirit! *specially the 'stay awesome' term* :3 he's such a cute boy~

6. Fifi - creative as always, i really love how she picturized her character in one paper! Definitely fifi's!

7. Afan - seriously, astral projection? he's absolutely still the same 

8. Nina - most of them are related to games *she's just too obsessed with them!* and her crazy-wild-ideas of farming snakes

9. Ekek - still the same obsession, i thought. Oh, and why did he didn't include the wish 'my hair grow back to normal'? lololol definitely feel sorry for him! *because using beanie too much is just not good for your scalp, kek!

 

10. Dharma - related to business is just so dharma! Oh, and just like hafizh, dharma did lose at the card game too! Just look at the big 2014 letter on his face!

11. MEH ! - i have sooooooooo many wishes but i can't describe it one by one!

After photoshoot session, we wait for the peak of new year's eve : 

COUNTING DOWN THE CLOCK UNTIL THE BRAND NEW YEAR!

most of them are already went home, so it just.. the five of us, afan, nina, dharma, ekek, fifi and me. It's 30 minutes again, and suddenly somebody said : how about we play truth or dare? and the game started, using tomate sauce bottle, we decided who will got his/her chance, and the first is fifi! she said yes to truth, and the second is nina, and she said yes to dare!

anddddd 1 minute to the brand new year, everybody prepared and make a circle around the dim-lighted-candle. and just about the clock tickin' to 12, everybody is blew the candle off and something happen... ekek grab the candle and started to shake it! It was definitely the most ridiculous thing to do because the hot liquid is spilled to his hand! i just can't believe that he made a daymn idiocy in the first minute of the new year!

and, TICK. The electricity is out! Just before i want to grab my camera, suddenly everything is dark! everybody went to outside the house and we started wandering around outside the house. five of us, watching the skyline, watching how the smoke from the firework filled the air and created something magically wonderful, and behind all of that is the green-red-yellow firework filling the sky!

 

 and that was THE MOST EPIC NEW YEAR EVER!

The Ultimate Survival for Zombie Apocalypse

Just choose your weapon !
long-ranged and light weapon are highly recommended considering one scratch of zombie on your skin can make you more prone to infection. Use guns only when it's needed, short distance attack better use something like swords or chainsaw.

What if you didn't have any weapon?

Be creative. Use household appliances, like knife, sickle, or anything that strong enough to kill the zombies. If you don't have any of them, just grab something that useful enough to protect yourself, example : baseball bat, etc. 

Find a Shelter. Build a barricade

When you hit on the road, just make sure before the night, find a perfect shelter so you didn't have to walk in the middle of the night with a bunch of walking (or even, running) zombies

Find Suvivors,  Join their group

Group are highly recommended as long as they don't harm you. You can always protect each other and group of survivor will help you stay calm and don't get depressed quickly.

Collect all the living need

Food, medicine, ammos, weapons, anything that important for you/your group.

Leave the land, Go sailing

Zombies can't swim. So yes, i guess you better find a yacht or a boat after collect all the living need and just go sailing. Plenty of fish in the sea, you can always collect mineral water from the rain, you'll get safe on the ocean. 

You can read any of  Max Brooks books (from the author of  'The Zombie Survival Guide') to help you understand more about zombie apocalypse.

So here is some weapon that's useful enough to fight the zombies :D

(fire element are not recommended because they can't kill zombies) except grenade or something that can cause big explosion :)

 One cloudy day.

But that doesn't mean that i'm going to have a bad day in this one fine saturday.

Jack Frost

Instead of bad day, i am having a great movie experience with my friends.
Classes over after 9.30 so i guess, it's a lot of time before i took a math course, so yes, me and my friends came to my house.
I didn't have anything to eat at home so before we watch movies, we bought a lot of snacks and coffee. Wandi & Ifa bought spicy-tomato  noodles and  i bought cappucino with chocolate granule for this.. hot day.

The result is.. just terrible, but nice at the same time. Moist-cloudy day plus hot noodles and warm cappucino. I can't even think what make we bought all of this food without considering the weather. But anyway, it's not bad at all. At least, we're having fun, eh?

North

When we got back home, wandi keeps insisting me to play the thriller movies, while in the other side i rather choose 'Dear John' because i didn't see that movie, yet. Well, but it seems they don't insterest on any romance movie right now, so i guess the answer is still 'no'.

And at the end, she wins and we watched 'MAMA'.

It's the second time i watched this movie and still, i didn't know how people should call this a 'horror' movie, because it's not horror at all. Even, i dare to call this kind of movie is fantasy-slash-horror. It's just.. not.. scary at all.
And,.. they got the thrill for some scenes- eventhough they didn't seem as frightened as nina and tari -_-' (the first time i saw this was with nina and tari, and yes... they're even screaming for the 'mama' scenes. They keep covering their eyes with their hands.. while the other hand. i keep covering my ear so i didn't shock because of their screams)

Sandyman

It's eleven a.m. and we still got time. We keep deciding again on what movies we gonna watch. From Bright star,. then the perks of being wallflower, then dear John.. none of them was succeed enough to lur
e them. So then, my last weapon, Rise of the Guardians.
And yeah, it's work. (who the hell can refuse the sexiness of Jack frost, eh?)

At this time, wandi was too sleepy to watch the movies so she fall asleep soon after the movie begin (i knew, she's just a fluffy-lazy-little cat) while the rest of us, ifa, made and me (it's the third time for me) watched 'Rise of Guardians' with muse and wonder.

Bunnymund

At the end of the movies we also deciding who's look like this guardian and that guardian.


Wandi got Sandyman. because she's simply just so fluffy and she fall asleep quickly (which is really match with sandyman jobs as the 'guardian of dreams')

Ifa got Bunnymund. Not just because she's so spirited like bunnymund but it's also because she has that 'funny' side too (her 'another' side is more like it's when bunnymund become a little-fluffy-bunny heehehe)

Made got North. Hehe, i'm not gonna say because she's tall like North, (It is, actually) but it's more like.. because she knows about everything, she's curious and full of wonder, just like North.

While me, well.. i don't think i'm feminine and tender enough to be 'tooth' so i guess i'm jack frost (hehe). Guardian of Fun. Well, i think it's gonna be a fun one :-)
So here it is, i made it for them hehehe :D i hope they like it! :-)

 I knew, this movie is damn too good for everyone. It's just.. reminding us how magical the world of childhood is.
It's just simply keep telling us to keep believe in the right and wonder.
Yes. Wonder. Just like what North said ;

 This is exactly what i want to keep as i am growing old day by days. Eyes that have only seen the wonder in everything. I wanted to keep using the magic- the magic in seeing everything and turn them into my magic too. The power of dreams, hope, fun, imagination and the childhood.

And that's why, everytime i finished this movie, at the end i will feel so.. moved. So i think it's very normal when i saw ifa and her eyes are already glistened with tears. Well, i guess it's not a cry (yet).


I will always hold it close to me heart. Because the guardians showed me the things I had forgotten.

The Girl's Scent Perfume

So this is the 12 Ultimate (my class) girl's scent in bottles of perfume. I created this by recognizing and characterizing their scent while we're in the school. It's really hard to determine their scent, so my friend, Nina helps me to recognize their body scent.

This Perfume is inspired by Perfume : The story of a murderer movie. The story of genius perfumer Jean-Baptiste Grenouille, who seeks to create the ultimate perfume amid the malodorous streets of France in the 18th century. Patrick suskind is the real genius to create this unique story, i'm in love with his works.

 1. The Newborn Baby

The X Academy

Who watch the X-Men? or who read the X-men Comics?

Then you probably knows Xavier Institute.

Well, If you didn't know, the Xavier Institute is a fictional school in the X-Men universe. 

Actually the common name for the location is X-Mansion (because it's the mansion of Professor Xavier too). The Xavier Institute for Higher Learning (formerly Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters) address is 1407 Graymalkin Lane, Salem Center (part of the town of North Salem), located in the very northeast corner of Westchester County, New York.

This institute is the base of operations and training site of the X-Men and the location of a school for mutant teenagers. The school Motto is "Mutatis Mutandis" which means :

"changing [only] those things which need to be changed" or more simply "[only] the necessary changes having been made".

I'm so addicted to X-men Just because i really love the idea of mutant people. I think it's clearly enough that the idea is very brilliant in that time (1963).  That's why this time i choose X-men as a theme for my class. I never done anything like this. Choosing what ability for them is really difficult one. Not just because it's really  hard to pick, but it's really hard when i started drawing this too.

But finally it's done and the result is really nice :-)

The X Academy

Oh, how i wish my class name is X-men. Or X-Institute. We'll be really matched with this concept.

Then we can use the Xavier Symbol institute just like in the below.

Yeah, i really wish i could change that.

But anyway, Ultimate is not really bad afterall :-)

But maybe..

someday i could change my friend's mind (or even have an ability to posses or mind control them) so

we make a t-shirt/jacket with this symbol like this :I (because,.. well, they're a bit eccentric *i think* and i know, no one will not accept any ideas just like this *i mean, simple yet cool*)

yeah, they're Ultimate.

The Vintage Fashion

I rarely got my painting in HD version, so i got a lil bit excited when i scanned this today :

The French Lady Style.

Maybe not all of them are french, but i'm pretty sure women (in many different eras) use style like this.

I mean, everything is possible in France, since France is the most fashionista country in the world. 

Then let's take a look at this doodle i made for French Style :)

Vintage Fashion Style

1) The Brooks
Popularized by Louise Brooks, this looks is look alike what Audrey Hepburn from 'sunday at tiffanys' style, but ofc it's different (but still i think it's look alike) black short dress and cloche hat with some furry for the accessories.
2) The Petite
Usually wore by little french girl, around 1917. Big bows for hair accessories and white dress is typically used in this era, just like porcelain doll.
3) The Marie antoinette
of course, this style come from The Queen Marie Antoinette century (probably the most fashionista queen i've ever seen) Which means, from the 18th century. Ball gown, corsette, and big up-do hair.
4) The Evacuation
If you watch Narnia, then you'll now exactly what's like The evacuation style. It's all abut the double breast coat & the suitcase. you can read it more here
5) The Revolution
This one i saw it from HUGO movie. The style is very simple & very urban. Simple blazer, warm clothes and  berets (hat). You can found it mostly used by children.
6) The Outdoor
Boater and simple gown for take a walk, you can read it more here
7) The Bookclub
19th century style. Usually worn by teacher or women with education ( i didn't know more about this style). Try search hellen keller and you'll find more about this style :)
8) The Vogue
You'll see a lot of style like this in 1945-1960, usually in most woman magazine. You can see Anita O'day, Audrey hepburn and a lot of actress in this era worn this style :)
9) The English Noble woman
Loves Sherlock Holmes? Knows Irene Adler? Then you probably know a lot about this one. around 1870, and characterized by a gradual return to a narrow silhouette after the full-skirted fashion. There are soo many movies use this noble woman style and it ain't just sherlock holmes.
10) The Winter's Night
Maybe not as mainstream as double breast coat, but i think it's from the same century.
11) The French Army
No Details, you know what it's like army uniform in the World War II, right? if not, then you should go watch some WWII movies or Captain America.
12) The Maiden
Maybe you watch Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights and see catherine linton is using the same dress like this. Nah, that's called Morning/evening dress. The morning dress in the 1800s was designed to be worn primarily at home. Society ladies engaged in a series of social calls in the morning, calling at one anothers' homes. and fashion was an important part of the day. Ladies clothing styles featured the "Empire-line" silhouette. Empire-line dresses were closely fitted just below the the bustline with loose folds below.

i'm looking so forward to draw this--- 20 people in the same arena, surviving, when they're know if all of them are in the same class for 2 years, it's gonna be a really jaw dropping story!

Who'll be the first one who got killed? and who'll kill you?

Ultimate Girls : Dress Up!

So, here it is! after Ultimate Boys : Suit up! done, i made this one : Ultimate girls in dress up!

Seeing this,.. it makes me think about our prom. or farewell party.

What kind of dress will i wear to my prom? is it just like in this picture? or not? 

But beside of that,... i really want katniss's dress---- the one when she wore it on the television show, the red flaming one,... omoo. I think that dress is just so AWESOME.

anyways,.. it still 1 year again.

still a long time.

and i don't want to think about it yet,

because,.. even the 'prom night' is the night that you'll remember forever,

farewell party is one of the saddest thing ever.

ULTIMATE's day

Finally, mission accomplished! draw 20 people in one small heart shaped is more easy than i think-- but the effect is,.. my drawing not as good as i think--and they turn out to 'chibi' mode! >_<

But after seeing this, well,.. maybe it isn't bad at all,. i mean,.. look at them. look how powerful they are, from the 'me-to-me' mood until 'sleeper's daydream' mood,.. each person has it character. and i really loves it!

Watching them with black & white thingy makes me feel,... so enchanted.
